Sierras vacation Cabin

This is by far the most amazing rental house I have ever visited. I fell in love just by the pictures but to my surprise it exceeded my expectations. We needed a place to get away but still had shopping nearby. The river, pool, hot tub and home were immaculate and everyone was entertained the whole time. The kids were not begging to go spend money and we were able to sit on the deck in the mornings with a perfect view to get our work out of the way before heading down the pool. Patricia is accommodating and takes pride in her properties. You can tell she genuinely cares if you enjoy your time. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you, Patricia, for making this birthday week so special for us.

Excellent place to stay with family, lot of stuff for family to enjoy & relax, & hot tub is awesome Property was clean & very nice organized, they have everything that was listed on the website, even some stuff they had that we had never seen at other vacation rentals before! We are a group of 15 people & every one enjoy the stay a lot. All of us are planning to come back later. Property manager was awesome - she replied promptly and very helpful. This is a Very good place! I will refer it to all my friends & family. We will absolutely book again! Thank you very much for such a very nice mini vacation!

I stayed at this property Halloween weekend 2020. This was the same weekend MS and LA were affected with a hurricane. Due to the hurricane my original property was out of power. Being that I live in LA and was out of power also the property owner let my guest and I stay at another property she owned. I was extremely surprised and grateful she did not just write me off. She went out of her way to accommodate my guest and I. It was a great property and I would defiantly go back to stay there again!

What a wonderful getaway! Plenty of room for my family of 12! I can’t say enough how great our stay was. Patricia was so very helpful and went beyond to make sure our stay was superb! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still be together. Watching the kids swim and having all my family with me made my year! I can go on and on so let me just end with this; I’ll definitely be staying there whenever I’m ready for another getaway! It’s become my go-to place!

We rent through VRBO all the time. About three times a year. This was a vacation to celebrate 5 years cancer free for me. It included my husband and myself, my children and their spouses and grandchildren. Patricia was so helpful adding another day and her communication was outstanding. The house was a home. We felt so comfortable. The pool was where the grandchildren played, laughed and squealed. It was a perfect place to make memories to last a lifetime. After 24 surgeries for breast cancer, I was ready for happiness and I found it this week at this home with my family that made my fight worth it all. We ended up having a tropical storm come in and we had to leave a day early. The waters were flooding the town. Patricia and her business partner came and got us by Razor and a trailer. My grandchildren were in heaven. This was by far our favorite vacation rental. Highly recommend for an enjoyable getaway.

This was a great river house. Kitchen was fully stocked (not just a couple pots and pans and plates, but pretty much everything you had at home. It was nice to be both off the beaten path and not all up in the tourist areas as we like our downtime and peace and quiet. yet also close enough that when we did want to be, we could be on Beach Blvd and any tourist or nightlife location we wanted within minutes. It was also nice that every member of our group had an actual bed. We have a group of 9 and usually a couple end up on air mattresses. Should we visit this area again, we would stay here.

We traveled from Wilmington NC to Gulfport for a family wedding and sort of reunion. We have a very large family and each family unit rented a different house. As you can imagine we all hung out together at different houses taking turns hosting dinner and visiting. Our host Patricia was amazing from the first message I sent her to inquire about the house. She was always responsive and went above and beyond to help meet all our needs. I sent her a very long list of possible visitors (all family) and even some extra overnight guests (cousin sleep over night) and she was so understanding and loved that we had such a big family. We had a few hiccups on arrival and Patricia responded immediately and sent a maintenance gentleman over to help right away. She truly cared that we had a great experience! Ms. Patricia and her team were very responsive and caring all through our visit. The space on the property was amazing for family! Located in a very quiet peaceful area down a dead-end road (absolutely no through traffic), surrounded by nature. There is the pool, hot tub, pool table, games, fire pit, grill area and a great pavilion area right down on the river...it was fabulous! We rented kayaks from Chris at South Mississippi Kayak Rentals. That was the most inexpensive kayak rental I have ever done and he delivered and picked up for free. The river front property is PERFECT for kayaks and teens spent so much time on the river. A great time was had by all, we hope we can return. Thanks so much for everything Patricia!!

Loved the property. Well maintained and private. It’s obvious the owners put a lot of time, care, and thought into the home. Loved fishing in the river and just sitting out there at night We loved Gulfport!

We booked the house for our annual youth trip. We have a small youth group and generally pick an area to explore and do a Bible study with it. The layout of the house was fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. The bunk beds held all the boys on the trip, the living room was spacious enough for our bible study, the long dining table was perfect for family style dinners and for munching on a mess of crawfish! The kids enjoyed the river access, pool, Foosball table, and pool table. Check in and check out is the smoothest I've ever experienced. Patricia is a host that really has it all together. Will definitely be booking future trips here.

My family recently stayed at this property and we are very impressed! The owner was always available and answered all my questions even during our stay. The property was very clean and had plenty of room for a party of 10 people. We really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and access to the river for fishing and boating. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a trip to Gulfport. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing and exactly as advertised, great price for the spacious room provided Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a getaway and in fact, we're looking forward to going back again. Property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, stocked with a lot of necessities and amenities. Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with prior to trip and during stay. She always responded quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was spacious with room for all family members and everyone had a really great time. Easy to find and close to beach and outlets but secluded enough for a relaxing time. And really great price!

12th annual guys fantasy football weekend and this accommodation couldn’t have been better! Very, very spacious living quarters and tons of outdoor space. The pool was perfect on a hot summer day and even taking swims in the Biloxi River was nice. Patricia is top notch and makes sure everything is covered. We will definitely be booking again!

This home is the best family stay. The home was very clean, very roomy home. There is so many things to do swimming in a clean, sparkling in ground pool, lounge chairs (so comfortable), fishing, pool table, foosball, etc. I just want to Thank Patricia for having us at your beautiful home. We made so many funny memories.

Great place for a large group. Great place to stay!!! Close to everything and out far enough for peace and quiet.

Perfect fit for 5 guys that made a trip to golf. We spent hours on the deck laughing and making memories. The house was close to the golf courses and to restaurants. Would highly recommend
